Description
This recipe originally had salt as well but I find that adding salt to a dish that has feta can be disastrous and I always choose to leave salt out from anything that has feta.
Directions
- Rinse prawns and cook in boiling water for 10 minutes, keep the stock and allow to cool till you can handle them and set aside
- Peel the body and remove intestine leaving tail on as well as the head.
- In a deep frypan heat the oil and sauté the onion
- Add the tomatoes, pepper, parsley and sugar
- Cook for 5 minutes and add 1 cup of stock
- Cook till liquid becomes a sauce
- Add prawn and cheese
- Cook for 2 minutes
