  • 150ml white wine
  • pinch chill
  • pinch garlic
  • pinch parsley
  • season to taste

Steamed SA mussells with white wine, chilli, garlic and finished with fresh parsley.

Directions

  1. place all ingredients in a pan and steam till mussels open
